    Good Product & Good Service

    The sandles are very well made and truly comfortable right out of the box.

    I had to exchange the first pair received because there was a rubbed out spot on the wooden wedge of one shoe. Also, that wooden wedge was lighter in color than the other. Jack Rogers USA processed my exchange in a timely manner and sent out the replacement right away. Kudos for great customer service!

    I have another pair of Jack Roger's wedge sandles that I bought 7 or 8 years ago and they still look new. Their products are pretty and very durable.
