These moccasins are beautifully designed, but do run a bit narrow. I ordered my regular size and while narrow, still fit.
I wish Jack Rogers was more transparent about the materials used. They simply say Sherpa Lined, but were not transparent that it is polyester and not real.

Love the look of these loafers but they are a bit you wide for me. If you have a narrow for they will. Probably gap on you.
