We received one broken shoe. The gold bead to hold it together wasn’t attached. We were not in a position to return because we were replacing a pair of sandals exactly the same that broke after 2 weeks of wearing, at the strap in the toe area. Luckily we were able to make a pair of shoes from the two broken pairs because one left and one right were still intact. We will never buy Jack Rogers again due to this. I was unable to get money back on either pair or a replacement because my daughter was going on a trip and needed these shoes immediately. Therefore, I was unable to contact the company for a replacement or money back. But to know that two pairs of shoes, exactly the same, have both broken lead me to believe the quality of this product is not what I expected.
