Hello! It’s an exciting time for Jack Rogers. Spring is on the horizon.

Temperatures will rise, and we’ll embrace warm weather styles with the launch of our new Spring collection.

But before we celebrate, it’s important that I bring you in on the process and work we’ve done behind the scenes. Since I’ve stepped into the role of CEO of Jack Rogers after more than two decades in the luxury, fashion and footwear industries, my immediate focus has been to immerse myself across every aspect of the brand and the business. This means obsessively reading your reviews, talking to customers in person, deep diving into our customer service issues, visiting our factories and meeting with our talented team – from design to marketing to manufacturing. And one thing was clear…

Jack Rogers had lost a bit of its magic.

The product most central to our brand has been the beloved Jacks Flat Sandal. It’s no surprise, as it’s the iconic original that inspires everything we do. And while we’ve built a great foundation, we must always be looking to improve - that’s why you’ll see some really important changes to the original Jacks Flat Sandal and throughout the entire Spring collection. Based on your feedback, our team spent countless hours of careful testing, sourcing, and design brainstorming to address and deliver the improvements you’ve asked for:

We also heard your desire to get back to the heart and fun of Jacks Flats: add back pops of color! We took the color palette from five to 16…ranging from our spicy Fire Red to bold Cobalt and Fuchsia, which is our take on the Pantone color of 2023. Now there’s a shade for every mood and occasion. And better yet – we have sizes for infants, their big sisters, moms, aunts, and grandmas!

I truly want to thank you for being our inspiration – we couldn’t have improved without your transparent feedback, your loyalty, and your love for the brand.  We’ve heard from busy moms, small business owners, beach lovers, you name it. You’ve shared with us that you have a unique ability to blend optimism with personal style and an appetite for adventure. We are here to help you look and feel great wherever your adventures may take you with effortless ease. It’s because of you that Jacks have become the timeless go-to luxe summer sandal that is the epitome of what we like to call “iconic coastal style.” 

I hope you love the updates as much as we do, and I wanted to offer a sincere thank you to our loyalists and a warm welcome to those new to the Jack Rogers family.
