I bought these to replace a pair that were stolen. I bought these first pair about 7 years ago. I have noticed with these and another pair of wedges, that they are not as nicely made as in the past. Minus 2 stars.
Also, the shoes went on sale and were reduced in price TWICE in the time from my purchase to the time I received them!!! Very annoying! And no reply to my request to customer service to honor the reduced price (I paid full price with a discount I had from making a previous purchase). Minus 2 stars.
As a loyal veteran JR wearer, I am truly disappointed with this particular purchase. Previously, I have been satisfied with JR shoes and service and the flats still sent to be well made.
