Contest Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the 2026 My Jack Story ("Contest"). Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

1. SPONSOR: Jack Rogers USA, LLC

('Sponsor"), 999 Peachtree Street, NE, Suite

1225, Atlanta, GA 30309. The Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram.

2. ELIGIBILITY: This Contest is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older as of April 7, 2026 and follow @jackrogersusa on Instagram. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor and any of its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, suppliers and advertising or promotional agencies and the immediate family members and persons living in the same household as such employees, officers and directors are not eligible to participate or win.

3. CONTEST PERIOD: There are four Entry Periods in the Contest Period.

1. Entry Period 1: April 7, 2026 at 12:01 AM

Eastern Time and ends at 11:59 PM Pacific Time on April 12, 2026.

2. Entry Period 2: April 13, 2026 at 12:01 AM

Eastern Time and ends at 11:59 PM Pacific Time on April 19, 2026.

3. Entry Period 3: April 20, 2026 at 12:01 AM

Eastern Time and ends at 11:59 PM Pacific Time on April 26, 2026.

4. Entry Period 4: April 27, 2026 at 12:01 AM

Eastern Time and ends at 11:59 PM Pacific Time on May 3, 2026.

4. HOW TO ENTER:

There are two ways to enter the contest:

1. Submit your Jack Story via Instagram Direct Message: a) follow @jackrogersusa on Instagram, b) like the pinned post on our account for the contest; and (c) submit your story and photo or video to @jackrogersusa via Instagram Direct Message and comment on the pinned post saying you've submitted your story and using the hashtag (#MYJACKSTORY); OR
2. Post your Jack Story on your public Instagram Account: a) follow @jackrogersusa on Instagram, (b) like the pinned post on our account for the contest; and (c) post a image or video on your Instagram account sharing your 

   story, tag @jackrogersusa, and use hashtag #MYJACKSTORY and #CONTEST in your caption. Please set your Instagram photos to public to allow us to see your entry. Instagram photos that are set to private will not be eligible to participate as they will not be visible to the Jack Rogers Instagram account.

   ALL ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY 11:59PM PT ON the last day of the Entry Period. Each entrant can enter only once during each Entry Period. Use of multiple usernames or accounts to enter by the same individual is prohibited and may result in disqualification. All submissions become the property of the Sponsor upon receipt and will not be acknowledged or returned.

   Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Contest. The Contest is governed by these Official Rules and is subject to all applicable U.S. federal, state and local laws. Void where prohibited.

   5. GRANT OF RIGHTS / REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES: Each entrant into each

   Contest hereby irrevocably grants to Sponsor, and each of its affiliates, licensees, successors and assigns, a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free perpetual license to use and display any photo, video or story with entry for any and all purposes in any and all media channels without limitation, worldwide and without additional compensation. notice or approval from entrant. Each entrant hereby represents and warrants that he/she has read, understands and will follow these Official Rules. Entrants further represent and warrant that any photos with entries and all elements therein (except Sponsor content) submitted as part of each Contest are: (i) the original work of the entrant, and (ii) will not infringe or violate any right (including without limitation intellectual property, proprietary rights, or personal rights) of any third party or person. Each entrant further represents and warrants that he/she has the permission and right to agree to and fully perform in a manner consistent with these Official Rules.

   6. PRIZES: A total of 1 Grand Prize and 3 Runner Up Winners will be selected to receive the following prize packages:

   1. Grand Prize: One pair of Jacks of their choosing. ARV: $150
   2. Runner Up #1: $50 gift card
   3. Runner Up #2: $25 gift card
   4. Runner Up #3: 10% off their purchase.

   No prize transfers permitted. Prizes are subject to these terms and conditions and may not be returned, redeemed for cash or used as payment on or credit to any credit card accounts. Gift cards subject to terms and conditions. Prizes will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Winners are solely responsible for all applicable taxes in connection with prizes. Winners of a prize equal to or greater than $600 will receive an IRS Form

   1099 MISC reporting the actual value of the prize received. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a comparable prize of like or greater value, including cash, for any prize, for any reason.

   7. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION:

   Each Entry Period, Sponsor will select four (4) finalists from the entries submitted based on 1) storytelling quality, 2) emotional resonance, 3) brand alignment, and 4) authenticity and originality. The four (4) Entry Period finalists will then be shared on Sponsor's Instagram stories for general voting and selection of one (1) winner of each Entry Period. The winner of each Entry Period will then be shared on Sponsor's Instagram stories on May 6, 2026 for general voting. After the votes are tallied, 1 Grand Prize and 3 Runner Up Winners will be notified on or about May 7, 2026. Winners will be notified by Instagram direct message and will be shared on Sponsor's Instagram account. The decision of Sponsor will be final and binding on all matters related to the Contest. Each winner will be asked to email a representative of Sponsor for instructions on how to claim their prize. Odds of winning will be determined by the total number of eligible entries throughout the Contest Period.

   8. GENERAL CONDITIONS AND RELEASE:

   VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL LAWS APPLY. WINNER AGREES TO HOLD HARMLESS, INDEMNIFY AND DEFEND INSTAGRAM AND SPONSOR, AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE PARENTS, PARTNERS, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, DIVISIONS, SUPPLIERS AND ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL AGENCIES AND ALL OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES AND EMPLOYEES (COLLECTIVELY, THE "RELEASED PARTIES AGAINST ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, DAMAGES OR CAUSES OF ACTION (HOWEVER NAMED OR DESCRIBED), WITH RESPECT TO OR ARISING OUT OF ENTRANT'S PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST OR THE RECEIPT, USE OR MISUSE OF THE PRIZE (INCLUDING INJURY OR HARM RELATED THERETO). Submission of entry constitutes permission to use winner's name, Instagram handle, likeness, entry and photograph for promotional purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law.

   Potential winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Eligibility and Publicity Release and Liability Release by the date specified by Sponsor and failure to do so may result in an alternate winner being selected. Return of prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and alternate selection. By participating entrants agree to be bound by the decisions of the judges and these Official Rules. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network server or other connection; miscommunications; failed phone or computer or telephone transmissions; technical failure; jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions; late, lost, incomplete, delayed, or misdirected entries; or other error of any kind whether human, mechanical, or electronic. CAUTION: Any attempt to deliberately damage any web site, or undermine the legitimate operations of the Contest, is a violation of the criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such entrant to the fullest extent permitted by law and to disqualify such entrant from the Contest. In the event the Contest is compromised by virus, bug, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of the Contest, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend or terminate the Contest and award prize from all eligible entries received prior to cancellation. Sponsor may disqualify entries if the entry and related tag includes inappropriate, offensive, or other derogatory language or information. Limit one (1) entry per person during the Contest Period.

   9. ENTRANT'S PERSONAL INFORMATION:

   Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at https://www.jackrogersusa.com/pages/privacy.

   10. WINNERS: For the name of the winners send a stamped, self-addressed envelope within one year of May 7, 2026 to: Jack Rogers USA, LLC,

   999 Peachtree Street, NE, Suite 1225, Atlanta, GA 30309 Attention: My Jack Story Contest.

   11. RESPONSIBILITY OF PRIZE WINNER: Prize winner may receive an IRS form 1099 at the end of the calendar year, a copy of which form will also be filed with the Internal Revenue Service.

   THE PRIZE WINNER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR REPORTING AND PAYING ANY AND ALL INCOME, SALES OR EXCISE TAXES THAT MAY APPLY TO ACCEPTING PRIZES;

   SPONSOR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR AND WILL NOT PAY ANY SUCH TAXES.

   12. DISPUTES: EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED, ENTRANT AGREES THAT: (1) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THIS CONTEST SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION, AND EXCLUSIVELY BY THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE WESTERN DISTRICT OF WASHINGTON (2) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED, INCLUDING COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ENTERING THIS CONTEST, BUT IN NO EVENT ATTORNEYS' FEES; AND (3) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ENTRANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN AWARDS FOR, AND ENTRANT HEREBY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES AND ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN FOR ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES, AND ANY AND ALL RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED.

   ALL ISSUES AND QUESTIONS CONCERNING THE CONSTRUCTION, VALIDITY, INTERPRETATION AND ENFORCEABILITY OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES, OR THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE ENTRANT AND SPONSOR IN CONNECTION WITH THE CONTEST, SHALL BE GOVERNED BY, AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH, THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF GEORGIA, WITHOUT GIVING EFFECT TO ANY CHOICE OF LAW OR CONFLICT OF LAW RULES (WHETHER OF THE STATE OF GEORGIA OR ANY OTHER JURISDICTION), WHICH WOULD CAUSE THE APPLICATION OF THE LAWS OF ANY JURISDICTION OTHER THAN THE STATE OF GEORGIA.
