    GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!

    Owned a pair of Jack Rogers Roxy Navy Flip flops over a year. Warranty is for one year! I contacted Representative for Jack Rogers, sent a picture of the flaw/torn part of my shoe! Representative was very empathetic with regard to my situation but she simply could not honor the warranty! I understood completely! However, in an act of good faith and excellent customer service/relations; she offered a 25% discount and free shipping on a new pair of the same shoes! I graciously accepted!!! My new shoes arrived today! I am a very happy customer! BTW, this is my 6th pair of Jack Rogers shoes!!!!!!!!

    Love These!!

    I ordered these because navy blue flip flops are hard enough to find, let alone well-made leather ones. These fit the bill and are comfortable along with looking great!! Will definitely keep in mind for future purchases!!
